How-to answers for Tab Pro and FollowUp Tracker. Both products work entirely on your device — no account, no server, nothing sent anywhere.

How do I park tabs?

Click the Tab Pro icon in your toolbar to open the manager page, then park all tabs, one group of tabs, or just the current tab. Parked sessions can be restored as a whole, or you can open a single tab from a session.

How do collections work?

Collections are named sets of pages, like Work or Home. Add pages by pasting a link, or add all your open tabs to a collection. Pick a collection from the dropdown and all its pages open at once.

Which tabs get suspended?

Tabs you haven’t touched for longer than your chosen idle time (10, 30, 60, or 120 minutes) are suspended automatically. Your active tab, anything playing sound, and pinned tabs are never suspended unless you allow it. Suspended tabs reload the moment you click them.

How do I back up a session?

Use the Export button on a parked session to download it as a text file backup.

What are Simple view and dark mode?

Simple view hides all advanced controls and keeps just the core: search, park, open tabs, the collections dropdown, and parked sessions. Dark mode is a button at the top right of the manager page.

Does Tab Pro see what is on my pages?

No. Tab Pro only sees tab titles, URLs, and site icons. It never reads page content, and it never records clicks, keystrokes, mouse movement, or scrolling. It only saves tabs when you explicitly click to park them.

How do I add someone?

Use the Add person form in the side panel. On a Gmail tab it can offer the open email’s sender name and email as auto-fill. On a LinkedIn tab everything is typed by hand — LinkedIn is manual only, with no page reading or automation.

What do Mark contacted, Snooze, and Done do?

Mark contacted sets last contact to today and next follow-up to today plus 7 days. Snooze moves the next follow-up by 3, 7, or 14 days. Done removes the person from the due list; a done person can be reopened from the Done tab.

How do reminders work?

On startup and every hour, one summary notification lists the people due, with a soft ping sound and Snooze 3 hours and Open list buttons. Snooze silences reminders for those people for 3 hours; the badge and the lists are untouched. Overdue people and High-priority people due today are ultra-urgent: their notification stays up until dismissed and their rows pulse red in the panel. A person is never reminded twice about the same day.

What is the full-page view?

The panel’s “Open full page” button opens the same list as a full browser tab — wide layout, notes fully visible — and both views stay in sync live. The panel keeps its Regular and Compact views.

How do I back up my list?

Export downloads all your people as a CSV file, including priority and tags. Import restores people from a CSV previously exported from FollowUp Tracker; rows already on your list (same name and email) are skipped, and rows with no name are skipped.

Does anything leave my device?

No. Everything is stored in your browser’s local extension storage on your own device. There is no account, no sign-in, no server, and no analytics. Uninstalling the extension removes everything it stored.

For anything else, contact Maple Byte through the Chrome Web Store listing for the extension. Questions about a privacy policy can be sent through this Help Centre.
